A high-energy, faith-rooted journey where students explore how to grow mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and socially, all while having fun, connecting with mentors, and building real-world skills through hands-on, interactive challenges.

DAY 1 – “Level Up: Identity”

Faith Focus: Psalm 139:14 – “You are wonderfully made”

Life Skill: Self-awareness & confidence

Mirror Mirror Game: Students rotate and say one strength they see in a peer

"You’re on Fire!" Identity Hunt: Scavenger hunt with personal questions hidden around the room

Mentor Lab: Share stories of discovering God-given identity

Dare: Write a letter to your future self (sealed for later)
DAY 2 – “Level Up: Emotions”

Faith Focus: Galatians 5:22–23 – Fruits of the Spirit

Life Skill: Emotional intelligence & self-regulation

Emoji Relay: Teams act out emotions; others guess and discuss healthy reactions

Feelings Jenga: Each block has a question like “What makes you feel seen?” or “When did you lose control?”

Mentor Lab: Recognizing emotional triggers and how to respond in faith

Dare: Practice one Fruit of the Spirit when triggered tomorrow
DAY 3 – “Level Up: Communication”

Life Skill: Speaking with confidence & active listening

Unspoken Challenge: Build a structure silently in teams to practice nonverbal communication

Speed Connection: Speed “friending” with deep questions (like speed dating but faith-based)

Mentor Lab: Role-play real-life conversations (disagreeing respectfully, asking for help)

Dare: Ask someone how they’re really doing—and listen without interrupting
DAY 4 – “Level Up: Leadership”

Life Skill: Leading through example & influence

Survivor Island: Team challenge solving creative problems (only one leader per round)

“Choose Your Influence” Maze: Walkthrough game about peer pressure and faith-based decisions

Mentor Lab: Share moments you led well—or didn’t—and what you learned

Dare: Do something today that sets a good example when no one’s watching
DAY 5 – “Level Up: Purpose”

Faith Focus: Jeremiah 29:11 – “I know the plans I have for you…”

Life Skill: Goal-setting, purpose discovery, and service

Purpose Puzzle: Students reflect on their week, then create a personal "Purpose Puzzle" collage

Kingdom Project Pitch: Groups design a real-life service idea and pitch it to mentors (like Shark Tank)

Mentor Lab: Discuss legacy, spiritual gifts, and what “impact” looks like
